1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

a1bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion page.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing players. Claiming a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

a1bd cooperates with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in Bangladesh in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Any accounts linked to such activity will be reported and frozen pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the a1bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of a1bd or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any platform content in any form is strictly prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming is licensed to a1bd under separate agreements. The intellectual property rights in all such games remain with the respective studios and are protected by their own licensing terms.
